Megan completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Occupational Therapy through Eastern Washington University in 2004. She received a job at Spokane Occupational and Hand Therapy after completing a three month internship. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2009. Megan continues to enjoy hand therapy as she gets to meet many different people and see various diagnoses. She really enjoys treating nerve and tendon injuries.
Outside of her work at Spokane Occupational and Hand Therapy, Megan enjoys the busy and chaotic life of being a mother to twin boys. When she has free time, which does not happen very often, she enjoys spending time with family, working out, traveling, and running with friends.
Kari was born in Minnesota, and moved to Hawaii when she was ten. She knew from a young age that she was going to pursue a career working with and helping people. She decided to return to the mainland for college and graduated from The University of Puget Sound in 1984 with a degree in Occupational Therapy.She decided to remain in Washington and began her career in Seattle, working in the rehab department at Providence Medical Center. She moved to Portland, Maine for a year where she worked at the Maine Medical Center. She returned to Seattle, became NDT certified and was employed at Virginia Mason Hospital as their Neuro Clinical Rehab Specialist.
Kari moved to Spokane in 1997. Initially, she was hired on at VNA Home Health and as the first therapist at Spokane Occupational and Hand Therapy. After a few years of working part time at both jobs, she decided to focus on hand therapy.
Kari is married to her husband Eric, and they have five children. Outside of work, she is busy with family activities, playing competitive tennis, and is involved with many community events.
Jayme was born and raised in Spokane, WA and completed a Bachelor’s of Arts in Social Sciences from Washington State University in 2010. She went on to get her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Eastern Washington University in 2013. She started her career working at an outpatient clinic on Whidbey Island for 3 years and recently moved back to Spokane to work at Spokane Occupational and Hand Therapy. She loves the challenge of working with intricate hand injuries and disorders, and enjoys incorporating meaningful activities into therapy. Jayme’s goal is to collaborate with clients to help them independently complete the daily, work and recreational activities that they need and want to accomplish.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, applying makeup artistry for special events, cheering on the Cougs, and playing with her two dogs. She is working toward taking her Certified Hand Therapist exam in 2017-2018.
Clint Hubbard, OTR/L, CHT

Clint was born and raised in southern California where he met and married his childhood sweet heart. He has three grown boys who he has loved coaching throughout the years in various sports.
He started his college journey at The University of Redlands where he played football and general studies, then to California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo to pursue interest in architecture/construction management and finally graduated from the Loma Linda University with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
Over the years he has worked in a variety of settings including: General Outpatient Rehabilitation, Burn Rehabilitation, Ergonomic design and implementation, part of a Digital Replantation Team and then specializing in Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation.
Clint enjoys the outdoors, sports, vacationing anywhere and involvement in his church activities.
Kurt Stranberg, MOT, OTR/L, CHT recently passed the examination to become a Certified Hand Therapist. This Board Certification is by far the most challenging one to attain in all fields of rehabilitation. Kurt continues to split his patient care time between our Downtown and Spokane Valley clinics and continues to serve the company as its Group Director. Kurt is now the 5th Certified Hand Therapist in our family of clinics.
Kurt Stranberg earned his Master’s in Occupational Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University after completing his undergraduate work there. Since earning his degree Kurt has been practicing hand therapy. He enjoys most about his job is the detailed intricacies of the upper extremity and helping people to regain functional use of their hands after injury.
Outside of work Kurt enjoys spending time with his family, backpacking, and playing bass on his church’s worship team.
Elizabeth Duran, OTR/L, CHT
Beth was born in Arizona then later moved to Spokane where she graduated from East Valley High School. She graduated from Eastern Washington University’s Occupational Therapy Program in 2006 and began working at Spokane Occupational and Hand Therapy In December 2006.
Beth passed the Certified Hand Therapist exam in 2013. She is a member of American Occupational Therapy Association, Washington Occupational
Therapy Association and American Society of Hand Therapy. Beth’s special key interests include Hand Therapy, education, community programs and pediatrics.
In her free time Beth enjoys spending time with her family, teaching, camping, soccer and gardening.
Jenn Mock, MOT, OTR/L
Jenn Mock, MOT, OTR/L has been promoted to the role of Clinic Manager at our North Spokane location. Jenn has been a Staff Therapist with SOHT at our Downtown Clinic for over 13 years. Her wide-ranging experience and high-level commitment to the field will allow your North Spokane patients continued excellence in care and service.
Jenn was raised in Spokane Washington and attended Eastern Washington University where she received degrees in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine (2001) and went on to achieve her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2007. Prior to her Master’s degree, Jenn worked at Spokane Occupational and Hand therapy, as an aide assisting therapists and found her passion for treating hands and the upper extremity. Jenn also enjoys working with the geriatric population in post-acute care.
Jenn is married and has two young boys. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, fishing, boating, gardening, swimming and walking.
Philip Aldridge, MOT, OTR/L
Phil grew up in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. After high school he moved to the Washington side of the border, where he attended Whitworth University. While there he played on Whitworth’s tennis team and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature. Phil was accepted into Eastern Washington University’s Occupational Therapy Master’s Program in 2011 and graduated in 2013.
Prior to joining Spokane Occupational and Hand Therapy in November 2014, Phil gained OT experience in the inpatient rehab setting, with a focus on physical and neurological rehabilitation. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities to achieve their functional goals.
In his spare time Phil enjoys spending time with his wife, playing tennis, biking, and running.
